Thank You SKB Drum Cases!!!!

To all my drummer friends. If you are thinking about purchasing great quality cases for your instruments, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SKB!!!!

I called them recently to see if they could repair seven of my drum cases that I purchased about nine years ago. The case straps were down to a thread and the foam inside the cases were ripped to shreds. They said "Bring them down and we will repair them for free. They have a lifetime warranty."

GREAT!!!

So, I drive to SKB in Orange, CA which is about an hour and a half east of Los Angeles. When I arrived I met Sergio who told me that the cases would be ready in an hour. When I returned Sergio said, "Well. There's good news and bad news. The bad news is.....your cases are beyond repair. The good news is...... we're going to exchange all of your old cases for brand new drum cases at no charge."

I couldn't believe it!!! I don't know too many companies these days that would do such a thing. So again. If you're looking for high-quality drum cases with a lifetime warranty, backed by amazing customer service, you should go with SKB in Orange, CA.
